RIVA welcomes new hires Kirsten Schoenfeld, Meriam Fadli, Raj DasGupta, Kelsey Burden, Katelyn Margraf, an Reanna Hussaini to our growing corporate team!

Ms. Kirsten Schoenfeld will serve as RIVA’s Director of Human Resources and Facility Security Officer (FSO). Ms. Schoenfeld comes to us with over 16 years of experience in accounts management, event coordination, and human resources. Ms. Schoenfeld’s responsibilities will include the direct supervision and management of all policies, programs, and services within RIVA’s Human Resources Department. As FSO, Ms. Schoenfeld will handle all security components in our facilities to ensure a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Ms. Meriam Fadli will serve as RIVA’s Human Resources Associate. Ms. Fadli comes to us with experience in recruiting, communications, and employee relations. Ms. Fadli will provide a wide range of Human Resources (HR) support by offering guidance on recruitment, performance management, and HR best practices. Ms. Fadli will support the HR Department by implementing new programs and events as an initiative for RIVA’s employee-first approach.

Mr. Raj DasGupta will serve as RIVA’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. DasGupta comes to us with over 20 years of experience in cloud computing, visualization, and mobile application development. Mr. DasGupta will oversee all technical aspects of the company and will leverage his technical expertise to lead RIVA into the future of Federal IT and Emerging Technologies . Mr. DasGupta will provide leadership and strategic direction to continue RIVA’s technical development.

Ms. Kelsey Burden will serve as RIVA’s Accounting Specialist. Ms. Burden comes to us with experience in the government contracting field as well as the small business sector, with proficiency in a variety of accounting functions. Ms. Burden will maintain all accounting records, execute all banking functions, and prepare financial records. Ms. Burden will also assist in payroll, processing invoices, and perform compliance activities for Accounts Payable and Account Receivable.

Ms. Katelyn Margraf will serve as RIVA’s Research Analyst. Ms. Margraf is a recent graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Ms. Margraf first served as an intern at RIVA before coming on board full-time. Ms. Margraf will aid in business development, legal administration, social media, marketing and proposal efforts.

Ms. Reanna Hussaini will serve as RIVA’s Business Development Associate. Ms. Hussaini comes to us with experience in legal administration, talent acquisition, and business development in the federal and private sector. She will be working closely with our RIVA Business Development team to facilitate relationships with our industry partners and expand our reach within the federal government.
