RIVA will provide FTC the necessary services, material and equipment to support a number of efforts. RIVA is responsible for developing and implementing travel policy and procedures; provide travel system process enhancements and support, and provide FTC intranet website travel information/content management services. RIVA will also assist FTC staff travelling internationally; and support special travel program support for the Office of International Affairs.
