RIVA Solutions Expands Leadership Team with Announcement of Three Senior Vice Presidents Overseeing: Finance and Accounting, Corporate Operations, and Technology Solutions
RIVA Solutions Inc., announced two internal promotions and one new hire. Vice President of Corporate Operations, Steve Loving has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations and Vice President of Technology Solutions, David Callner has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions. Additionally, RIVA welcomes new hire Randy Bloxsome as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
The expansion of the leadership team comes as a result of explosive growth and key full and open contract wins in 2020. RIVA invested heavily in the leadership team this past year, bringing on a number of tenured individuals to lead and stand up key departments. This approach has allowed RIVA to operate like a big business in a small business environment. Expansion brings specialization and departmental clarity to the operation team, who previously oversaw both operations, and finance and accounting. Standing up an independent Finance and Accounting team led by Randy is the critical next step in the maturity of RIVA’s business model. The restructure supported by these key individuals in the newly minted SVP roles are set to continue RIVA’s trajectory of growth into 2021 and beyond.
Steve Loving, Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations, is responsible for corporate operations at RIVA. He successfully manages operations by building measurable and repeatable processes. His 20+ years of experience focused upon development and delivery of business services and solutions has proved invaluable. Prior to joining the executive team at RIVA Steve held leadership positions in successful organizations including Indigo IT and Agilex Technologies, which was acquired by Accenture Federal Services.
David Callner, Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions, has proven himself to be an accomplished leader throughout his career. At RIVA, David is responsible for leading the development and evolution of new and existing solution areas. Prior to joining RIVA David was the Chief Technology Officer for Zolon, CALNET, Obsidian, and DTIS. David puts great emphasis on delivering lean IT services and is consistently seeking out new frontiers in the technology space. He provides technical capture management in addition to overseeing RIVA’s corporate technology practices. David led the team that created RIVA’s proprietary product, OpenCloudCX, a multicloud deployment platform.
Randy Bloxsome, Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance, brings 25+ years of experience including three stints in a CFO role, in corporate finance and management experience with businesses of all sizes in both public and private sectors. Randy is responsible for overseeing all areas related to accounting and finance, he does so by striving to maintain overall organizational efficiency and continuous cost improvement.Prior to joining RIVA, Randy was the Chief Financial Officer of Black Turtle Services.
