RIVA Solutions Expands Leadership Team with hiring of Tom Miller as Vice President of Business Development
RIVA Solutions is excited to welcome Tom Miller to the leadership team. Tom comes on-board as the Vice President of Business Development, focused on growth across civilian agencies.
Tom Miller has over 20 years of business development, growth strategies, and M&A experience in the federal market. Over the past 10 years he has focused his career on working with companies in transition, including those graduating the SBA program, and organizations establishing M&A strategies. Tom takes a collaborative, cross-department approach to business development, fostering a culture that builds productive sales pipelines with input and insight from various segments across the organization.
Prior to joining RIVA, Tom served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at LAC Group, a data and library services firm where he implemented rigorous business development and proposal protocols that led to a 100%-win rate. Tom held similar roles at FedSources, Graduate School USA, Genpact and Robbins Gioia. He is a DC native, currently residing in Oak Hill, VA. In his spare time, Tom travels extensively, and is an avid Formula 1 and IMSA racing fan.
