RIVA Solutions Welcomes New Hire Bobby Frazitta as Vice President of HR.

RIVA Solutions is excited to welcome Bobby Frazitta as the Vice President of Human Resources. As VP of HR, Bobby oversees human resources, security, and office administration for the company. A 20 year industry HR veteran, Bobby has an extensive background in government contracting. His prior experience includes senior leadership roles at large and small businesses including, Definitive Logic, Deloitte, BAE Systems, and MAG Aerospace. 

Bobby has a track record of developing strategic HR teams to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top tier talent. Under his direction, RIVA is poised to strengthen our employee first management approach including our endless pursuit to improve the employee experience and talent management process.
