RIVA Solutions Inc. is excited to welcome two strategic hires, continuing the rapid expansion of the Growth and Talent Acquistion teams!  

Karen Price joins RIVA as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Karen has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition management. Prior to joining RIVA Solutions, Karen was the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Cognosante, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Vencore, and Director of Recruiting for GDIT.  She brings passion and dedication to the team, working with senior leadership teams to define the role recruiting plays in meeting and exceeding bottom line goals and designing programs that drive for results! 

Louise Campanale, Director of Growth, Federal Civilian brings decades of experience to RIVA’s Federal Civilian portfolio. Louise is eager to get started leading the expansion of RIVA’s Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Department of Education (DOEd) accounts. Prior to joining RIVA, Louise served as the Director of Professional Consulting Services for Grant Thornton’s Advisory Services Practice Area.
