RIVA Solutions, Inc. (RIVA) announced today that it has been awarded a new contract providing IT Infrastructure Support Services for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Alongside strategic partner, CDW Government (CDWG), RIVA is providing Network Engineers to support the FTC network and telephony infrastructure, which consists of routers, switch, and security devices from multiple vendors. Services include the following:
- Telecom Billing;
- Cabling;
- Networks;
- Network Equipment;
- Telephony;
- Supplementary Services; and
- Monitoring.
RIVA CEO, Naveen Krishnamurthy, is excited to expand our IT and Management Consulting footprint into FTC. We look forward to providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support that will ultimately protect consumers, maintain competition, and advance performance.
