HHS Awards $76M Financial Management Portfolio IT Systems Consolidation Prime BPA to RIVA

RIVA Solutions, Inc was awarded a $76M 5-year single award prime BPA with Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide operations and maintenance support for the Financial Management Portfolio (FMP) Financial Systems consolidation efforts at the Program Support Center (PSC) located in Bethesda, MD.

FMP provides on-site business operations support to eight internal FMP users and external customer agencies (OS, ACF, OIG, SAMHSA, HRSA, AHRQ, ACL). RIVA will provide operations and maintenance services for their financial, accounting and billing systems and assist with functional operation of these systems in accordance with governmental rules and regulations. RIVA will provide business transformation support to PSC’s processes and shared services model as the department moves toward modernization and consolidation of FMP systems. RIVA subject matter experts will help shape the creation of a roadmap encompassing upcoming milestones for IT process transformation, hosting, and cloud strategy.
