Sheila Petaccio is the Director of Growth at RIVA Solutions, Inc., where she leads enterprise business development and capture efforts across Federal Civilian and Federal Health agencies. In this role, she drives go-to-market strategy, opportunity identification, and pursuit of high-value contracts that advance RIVA’s position as a trusted federal partner.
A strategic growth and business development executive with over 15 years of experience, Sheila is recognized for driving enterprise growth, market expansion, and federal capture strategy. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at KBR, Inc., Companion Data Services, and Enquizit (a CDW company), where she implemented disciplined capture processes, developed strategic partnerships, and expanded access to key federal contract vehicles.
As a trusted advisor to federal executives, Sheila brings deep knowledge of agencies including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC). She is known for her customer-focused leadership, Shipley-based capture rigor, and commitment to driving sustainable enterprise growth.
Originally from Philadelphia, Sheila is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business and holds a master’s degree from Catholic University. She now lives in NW DC. Outside of work, she enjoys riding horses, hosting Italian Sunday Night Dinners for her family and friends, spoiling her adopted kittens, and travelling to Philly and New York to spend time with extended family.
