Her expertise in contract negotiations and risk management has been instrumental in navigating complex challenges and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
A fifth-generation Washingtonian (State, not DC), Joy holds MBAs (Queens University, Kingston and Cornell University) and an MA (George Washington University), as well as an eCornell certificate in AI Strategy. When not creating growth opportunities for RIVA, Joy enjoys traveling and exploring Washington (DC, not State) with her family, playing, coaching, refereeing, and spectating soccer, and spending time with Ginger the cat and Jack the hound.
