Mimi brings over 20 years of strategic leadership in human resources, with deep expertise across employee engagement, talent management, performance and development, data analytics, global employment and benefits, and compensation. She takes a systems-based approach to building workplace environments where people thrive, designing impactful programs by considering diverse stakeholder perspectives and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Before joining RIVA, Mimi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avascent, where she played a key role in leading the firm through its acquisition and integration process. She is also a past President and board member of the Northern Virginia Society for Human Resource Management (NOVA SHRM), where she helped advance HR leadership across the region.

Mimi holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
