Nageswara Sripathi “SP” is a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager overseeing RIVA’s Health and HumanS Services (HHS) Office of the Secretary (OS) Portfolio. SP has an impressive 24 years of IT industry experience, including 20 years in the Federal space and over 15 years in project and program management. Holding PMP and CSM certifications, SP has been a key figure in the early adoption and streamlining of Oracle federal financials at HHS. His career spans the media, retail, and health sectors, with significant expertise in ERP systems implementation (Oracle EBS), agile software development, ITSM, and building modernization roadmaps for optimal outcomes.
SP possesses deep knowledge of federal accounting and business operations, including budgeting and grants management. His accomplishments include delivery excellence, continuous service improvements, system implementation and organization change management for major federal mandates, agile transformation, legacy systems modernization, and project management through CMMI certified processes. SP is dedicated to customer success, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships to support their mission. He also prioritizes empowering team members and fostering their growth.
SP holds double master’s degrees in finance and computer science. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, backpacking, and traveling with his wife and two kids.
