Zach Jenks is the Director of Business Development & Capture with 17 years of IT Federal Government industry experience leading revenue growth and expanding market presence for organizations across diverse industries. Adept at formulating and executing strategic account plans, forging key partnerships, and directing high-performing teams to achieve goals. Zach is extremely passionate about identifying emerging technology opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to joining RIVA, Zach served in a variety of leadership roles at firms such as VerticalApps, Excella, and SRA International Inc.
Zach stays actively involved with key industry associations, such as ACT-IAC Voyagers (2022 Fellow). Currently serving as the 2023 AFCEA Bethesda Emerging Leaders Government Outreach Chair and previous 2022 Winter IT Board Chair. Outside of work, Zach’s interest includes the gym, golf, spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and a good bourbon. Zach currently lives in Sterling, Virginia with his wife, son, and two cats Jinxy & Papa Giorgio.
