Our Contract Vehicles
The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.
GSA’s 8(a) STARS III GWAC has been designated as a Best-in-Class contract vehicle by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). With a ceiling of $50 billion, 8(a) STARS III builds upon the framework of 8(a) STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) requirements. These task areas will be awarded at or under the $4.5 million competitive threshold on a sole source basis.
The 10-year SITE III IDIQ contract provides a centralized and synchronized IT acquisition capability to meet worldwide security requirements and technical support services through system design, development, fielding and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control assets. SITE III facilitates worldwide coverage for integrated IT intelligence requirements and technical support services to DIA and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. SITE III also supports business process reengineering and development, performance measures and metrics, feasibility studies, IT systems architecture development and planning, research, design, engineering and development of systems, and fielding and installation of systems with capabilities developed during the design and engineering phase.
SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
The National Institutes of Health Business and Professional Support Services III (NIHBPSS III) Contract is an acquisition vehicle available to all Institutes and Centers (ICs) and offices within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to purchase business operation and professional support services. This multiple award contract with 20 vendors will be used by NIH to procure business and professional support services on a task order (TO) basis. In technical terms, NIHBPSS III is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which affords customers the ability to order services after requirements materialize, providing NIH with flexibility in both quantities and delivery scheduling.
The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate.
The Department of Commerce, Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services (CATTS) contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) providing enterprise-wide information technology (IT) services. RIVA Solutions is a prime small business contract holder on the CATTS IDIQ which has a $1.5B ceiling and ordering period of up to ten (10) years, available through 2032. Task orders may be issued on a Firm‐Fixed‐Price (FFP) or Time‐and‐ Material/Labor Hour type (T&M/LH) basis. Firm‐Fixed‐Price (FFP) CLINs will be established at the task order level for as many tasks possible. Task orders may be performance based.
The mission and objectives of the primary users of the ProTech Satellite domain are related to satellite and observation activities and the collection, preservation, and dissemination of information and services derived therefrom. NOAA’s National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) is the primary customer for this vehicle, and is dedicated to providing timely access to global environmental data from satellites and other sources to promote, protect, and enhance the nation’s economy, security, environment, and quality of life.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Business Oriented Software Solutions (BOSS) contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide services and expertise, primarily in the form of Agile Teams, in support of development, modernization, enhancement, operations, and maintenance of USPTO products which are comprised of both legacy and modernized components. RIVA Solutions is a prime small business contract holder and one of five (5) awardees on the BOSS IDIQ.
A $49.5 million Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide Drupal web development services for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) DAITO IO/Departmental Administration Information Technology Office (DAITO).
