RIVA Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Mimi Shieh as Director of People & Culture. In this critical leadership role, Mimi will shape and advance RIVA’s people strategy, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, elevate the employee experience, and support the company’s continued growth.
Mimi brings more than two decades of human resources leadership, with expertise spanning employment engagement, talent management, organizational development, global employment and benefits, and data-driven HR operations. She is known for her systems-based approach to building inclusive, values driven workplaces. She is recognized for her structured, systems-based approach to building innovative, collaborative, and results-driven workplaces.
Before joining RIVA, Mimi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avascent. She is a past President and Board Member of the Northern Virginia Society for Human Resource Management (NOVA SHRM) where she helped elevate HR leadership across the region. Mimi holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
