RIVA was awarded a prime contract to provide IT/IM Base Telephone Office Maintenance Support at The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD. This contract provides voice telecommunications services for the NAVAIR Base Telephone Office (BTO) telecommunications infrastructure, systems and software environment, all of which are critical in driving Naval mission success.

RIVA will provide analysis and design, programming, software conversion, production support, system maintenance, and software engineering for the IT/IM customer community, which includes the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Leveraging our broad range of experience supporting government and military missions, RIVA will be supporting the exploration of government and military technologies, design and implementation of policies and processes that support research, development, acquisition, testing and engineering efforts, and the support functions such as program management, financial management, information technology, and logistics.
