OASIS+, the next evolution of GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) program, is designed to offer federal customers a flexible, best-in-class vehicle for acquiring a wide range of professional services, including engineering, scientific, financial, and management consulting services. The Unrestricted designation enables RIVA to compete for full and open opportunities, further solidifying its growth trajectory since early graduation from the 8(a) SDB program.
