RIVA Solutions Inc., announced their inclusion in the first cohort of contractors awarded 8(a) STARS III Best in Class (BIC) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) with a ceiling of $50 billion. This fourth generation GWAC focuses on customer programming services, computer systems design, computer facilities management, other computer related services, data processing, hosting and related services, and the two sub-areas for emerging technologies as well as performance outside of the continental United States (OCONUS).
RIVA stands ready to support GSA’s efforts to meet and exceed ever-evolving agency and stakeholder requirements. Task orders can be awarded at or under the $4.5 million competitive threshold on a sole source basis. RIVA is most excited to support the emerging technologies sub-area as we already have teams in place across multiple departments and agencies helping with the adoption and implementation of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Cloud, and Agile DevSecOps.
This past year, RIVA unveiled the Innovation Solutions Center (ISC), a cross-functional team with subject matter experts from all RIVA’s eight core capability areas. The ISC is a think tank space where staff can flex their creative muscles, create prototypes, and develop innovative new products and solutions which help clients save money, reduce implementation risk, and quickly adapt to changes within the Federal IT landscape. RIVA is prepared to offer access to the ISC to all current and future customers utilizing STARS III and on all 9 prime vehicles.
Farrell Proffitt, Executive Vice President, was quoted “We are thrilled to support upcoming work on STARS III providing best in class technology solutions supported by our Innovation Solutions Center. Our SMEs have a wealth of experience engineering emerging technology and developing solutions to power better government.”
