RIVA Solutions is excited to announce the award of two new task orders under the $76 million single-award Financial Management Portfolio (FMP) BPA with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center (PSC). These projects aim to enhance financial reporting and improve systems integration within the HHS Grants Management Ecosystem, contributing to a more efficient and transparent financial infrastructure.
As part of this work, RIVA will develop centralized financial reporting capabilities for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) program. This project will enable grantees to submit reports efficiently and accurately through the Payment Management System (PMS), ensuring a streamlined process and data integrity.
Additionally, RIVA will create web services to support an integrated system within the HHS Grants Management Ecosystem, facilitating near real-time data synchronization across Grants Management, Financial, and Payment Systems. This integration, designed to comply with federal regulations including the standards of the GREAT Act, will incorporate robust error-handling mechanisms to promote transparency and accountability. By minimizing manual intervention, reducing redundancies, and standardizing data across the grants lifecycle, RIVA’s solution will significantly streamline the grant closeout process and improve reporting accuracy.
“We are honored to support HHS PSC in its mission to deliver effective financial services, equipping them with tools that enable a more efficient, transparent, and mission-focused future—allowing for greater focus on programs that serve communities nationwide,” said Danielle Cox, VP of Client Delivery at RIVA Solutions.
