Ellie has a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning both the federal government and private industry. Prior to joining RIVA Solutions, Ellie managed digital innovation and acquisition-based software development at General Services Administration (GSA) and modernization efforts and agile enterprise development at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Ellie join’s RIVA’s Client Delivery team to lead RIVA’s growing presence at USPTO and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
