RIVA Welcomes Jessica Kelly, Director of People & Culture  

RIVA Solutions is excited to welcome Jessica Kelly, Director of People & Culture to the team. Jessica has over 10 years of Human Resources experience in government contracting, most recently as the Director of Human Resources at NetImpact Strategies. Jessica is passionate about building collaborative teams with a strong focus on employee engagement, learning and development, and process optimization.
