RIVA Solutions Inc. welcomes Steven Greenspan as Director of Client Delivery. In this role, Steven leads RIVA’s Department of Commerce (DOC) portfolio, overseeing mission-critical initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-impact IT solutions across agencies including the Census Bureau, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), International Trade Administration (ITA), and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). He is also responsible for driving sustainable portfolio growth, quality, and financial performance while strengthening relationships with customers, employees and partners.
With more than 25 years of Federal IT program management experience, Steven brings expertise in building high-performing teams and implementing innovative, customer-focused IT solutions. His experience in Agile, DevSecOps and enterprise transformation enhances RIVA’s capacity to deliver measurable results and support our customers’ missions through modern digital solutions.
Prior to joining RIVA, Steven held senior leadership positions at Leidos, ECS and Northrop Grumman, managing multimillion-dollar modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation programs for Federal agencies including the DOC, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and General Services Administration (GSA).
