Danielle Cox, PMP & CSM, has over 12 years of Federal Sector IT experience focused on Portfolio and Program Management within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). Danielle is a proven and effective Portfolio leader with expertise in strategic planning, improvement of project operations using CMMI and PMBOK best practices, team building, organizational development, and financial management.
Danielle currently oversees RIVA’s Health and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) portfolios and is focused on delivery excellence, innovation, client satisfaction, strategic growth, and employee development and mentorship. Outside of work, Danielle is an avid traveler and enjoys camping and exploring outdoors with her husband and 3 young children.
