RIVA Solutions, Inc. (RIVA) announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract with the Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to provide social media support for the ATF Office of Public and Government Affairs Public Affairs Division (PGA/PAD). This contract will help ATF Public Affairs effectively manage, monitor, and measure social media in order to:
- Optimize resources;
- Amplify reach;
- Improve effectiveness in overall mission;
- Content creation and posting;
- Monitor in real-time across platforms; and
- Measure analytics.
In addition to providing social media advisory support, we will implement a technology toolkit to carry out the ATF law enforcement (LE) mission in the digital space.
