Support Services for the DOC, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS)

RIVA Solutions, Inc was awarded a prime task order award under the ProTech Weather Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity( IDIQ) to provide operational support services for the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Operations Proving Ground (OPG) is one of twelve NOAA testbed facilities whose mission contributes directly to the Weather Ready Nation goals to enhance and streamline the research-to-operations process for the NWS. RIVA will provide support necessary to plan, design, develop, acquire, document, test, implement, integrate, maintain, or modify information technology systems for solving problems and accomplishing work processes specific to the National Weather Service Training Center (NWSTC) and the Operations Proving Ground. RIVA will also provide general systems engineering support to the NWS.
