Chief National Guard Bureau (CNGB) Joint Action Control Office (JACO) and the Director of Staff, Staff Action Control Office (DS SACO)

RIVA Solutions, Inc was awarded a prime contract to provide mission support services for the Chief National Guard Bureau (CNGB) Joint Action Control Office (JACO) and the Director of Staff, Staff Action Control Office (DS SACO) in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC.

RIVA will provide mission support services which includes preparing, coordinating and submitting NGB positions with external agencies such as the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), and the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). We will be providing support to multiple divisions within the Chief, National Guard Bureau (CNGB) Joint Action Control Office (JACO): the Joint Integration and Coordination (JIC), the Executive Secretariat (ExecSec), and the NGB Director of Staff, Staff Action Control Office (DS SACO). Additionally, RIVA will be evaluating the business processes supporting the Task Management Tool, TMT, to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of tasks and responses.
