The appointments of Susan Barron and Michael Chambers represent a strategic investment in RIVA’s long-term growth strategy as the company continues to scale its presence across emerging and high-priority federal markets. Their combined experience strengthens RIVA’s ability to align customer missions with modern, scalable solutions spanning digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and AI-enabled services.

Susan Barron joins RIVA as Director of Growth, bringing more than 20 years of business development and strategic growth leadership across the federal marketplace to support RIVA’s work with USPTO and emerging markets. Susan has built and expanded federal civilian portfolios across organizations including ESI International (now Korn Ferry), Grant Thornton, Ad Hoc, Maximus, and Blue Jeans Federal. Her experience spans workforce transformation, digital services, technology modernization, and client growth strategy within complex federal environments.
Michael Chambers also joins RIVA as Director of Growth with a focus on driving new business and portfolio expansion in emerging markets. Michael brings more than 15 years of experience supporting Federal Civilian agencies through digital transformation, mission IT modernization, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity initiatives. Prior to joining RIVA, he held growth and capture leadership roles at CDW-G, Enquizit, and MindPoint Group, helping organizations scale business development operations and expand federal market presence.
