Erik Cecere, Senior Director of Contracts has 20 years of experience across a variety of roles. At RIVA, Erik oversees the contracts and pricing departments, ensuring strategic and effective management.
Before joining RIVA, Erik served as the Director of Contracts and Pricing at several companies and held cross functional roles such as Senior Vice President of Delivery Operations, Controller, and Program Manager for international projects. His diverse background and adaptability have positioned him to successfully lead RIVA’s contracts and pricing initiatives as RIVA emerges in the mid-size full and open marketplace.
Erik is dedicated athlete and coach. A former college athlete, Erik continues to play in multiple adult sports leagues and coaches his two sons in baseball and basketball teams. Erik is the Vice President and head coach for McLean Little League and Travel Baseball teams, and a select coach for McLean Youth Basketball.
In their free time, Erik and his family love traveling and are on a mission to visit all the Major League Baseball stadiums. They have already visited 4 of the 30 MLB stadiums, with many more trips planned.
