With over three decades of experience in finance and operations leadership, Francis Meyer brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer at RIVA were he oversees the accounting, contracting, pricing, financial planning, and corporate IT departments.
Before joining RIVA, Francis founded and served as Managing Director of Walney Capital and previously served in the CFO capacity at Brightfield, IDEMIA Identity & Security, USIS, and Apptis. While at Unisys, Francis managed the P&L for their $550 million North American Public Sector business and served as Global Vice President for Operations for their $1.7 billion Public Sector business worldwide.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Francis founded, built, and sold two companies: Campus Navigator and Spectrum Solutions, where he served as CEO and CFO, respectively. His early career was marked by roles at Paine Webber, Sanford Bernstein, and Alex Brown, before he dedicated himself to enhancing education through leadership roles with the US Department of Education.
Francis and his wife, Kathy, have been married for thirty-five years and have three brilliant children, all of whom reside in Virginia.
