Hong-Ah Do, CP CL APMP, brings more than a decade of experience leading strategic federal proposals across Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian agencies. She has contributed to more than $5 billion in federal contract wins and built high-performing proposal teams at both small and large organizations, driving quality, compliance, and thoughtful process modernization. Hong-Ah is an APMP Practitioner, 40 Under 40 awardee, APMP Leadership Academy graduate, and a member of the APMP-NCA Board of Directors. She leads with a belief that the strongest proposal teams are built on trust, shared accountability, and continuous improvement, and takes pride in creating environments where proposal professionals do their best work and are seen as strategic partners.
