Meena Dudhagra brings extensive experience leading financial operations and strategic initiatives in the government contracting industry. As Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at RIVA, she draws on deep expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, forecasting, cost accounting, internal controls, and systems transformation. Meena focuses on building scalable financial processes that improve visibility and controls while supporting RIVA’s long-term growth.
Before joining RIVA, Meena led accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance at System High Corporation. While there, she led major finance transformation initiatives, including enterprise system implementations and the automation of payroll, travel, and expense processes.
Outside of work, Meena serves as President of the Women’s Forum, a nonprofit that fosters community through cultural, social, and educational activities and creates opportunities for women to connect, grow, and lead.
