Michael Chambers is RIVA’s Director of Growth and a key member of the Go-to-Market team where he leads new business development and portfolio expansion across emerging Federal markets. With more than 15 years of experience serving Federal Civilian agencies, Michael brings deep expertise in Digital Transformation, Mission and Enterprise IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity—advising senior leaders, building and leading cross-functional capture teams, and consistently delivering measurable revenue growth in highly competitive Federal IT environments.
Michael’s career began in Health Informatics, supporting NCI and NIAID programs including the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) and DAIDS-ES where he developed a strong foundation in mission-driven technology. Before joining RIVA, he held growth leadership roles at CDW-G, Enquizit, and MindPoint Group, spanning both large enterprises and agile small businesses.
A proud Virginia Tech Hokie, Michael studied Aerospace Engineering. Originally from New England, he has called the DMV home for over 20 years. Outside the office, Michael can usually be found on the golf course, exploring new wineries, traveling, or catching a live show or sporting event.
