Moe Chizari is Director AI Practice Area Lead at RIVA Solutions where he leads the company’s artificial intelligence practice and drives AI adoption across federal programs. He brings nearly a decade of leadership in data science, operations research, and analytics, delivering mission-focused solutions across the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, NASA Headquarters, and the U.S. Census Bureau.
At the Census Bureau, Moe led enterprise data science transformation initiatives and trained more than 360 federal employees in modern data science methodologies and tools. His analytical work has contributed to billions of dollars in documented federal cost savings, including initiatives later cited in Government Accountability Office (GAO) reporting. He is also the author of the updated OpRA risk model.
Moe holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from North Carolina State University.
