Paula Scholl brings over 33 years of experience in human resources and talent development to RIVA Solutions. Paula previously served as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition and Chief of Staff to the CEO at TIVC, as well as the Human Resources & Talent Development Manager at BoatU.S. Paula also managed presidential appointments as the Commissioning Manager at the Department of State.
Paula holds an MBA in Human Resources Management & Organizational Development and a Paralegal Degree in Corporate and Business Organizational Law. She is SHRM-CP Certified, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, and a Certified Executive Coach Practitioner, showcasing her dedication to professional growth and organizational excellence.
Outside of work, Paula is a devoted mom to two children, Cheyenne (26) and Grayson (17), and a pet parent to Mocha, her playful 3-year-old Cavachon. She is an avid Peloton enthusiast, lover of mystery books and thrillers, and has a passion for 80’s and 90’s music, with favorites including Prince and Wu-Tang Clan.
