Rachel De Geyndth serves as the Vice President of Growth for RIVA responsible for leading the Business Development and Capture Management team. Rachel is a member of various industry professional associations most notably ACT-IAC, as an alumna of ACT-IAC Voyager program.
Rachel began her career as an Analyst based in Afghanistan from 2009 – 2011 supporting a broad variety of programs, such as the Atmospherics Program – Afghanistan (AP-A) and the Foreign Media Analysis (FMA) program in Kabul. Her trajectory since has been characterized by a series of roles that honed her expertise in client delivery supporting client such as Department of Education (DoEd), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the General Services Administration (GSA). Prior to joining RIVA, Rachel has held growth roles in a variety of leadership positions across large and small firms including LMI, E3 Federal, and Savan Group.
Originally from a small farm in Northwest Iowa, Rachel is a graduate of Iowa State University, and now lives in SW DC. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, going back to help on the family farm in Iowa, and spending time with her husband Lieven and dog, Piper.
