Susan Barron is a business development and strategic growth executive with 20+ years of experience driving revenue, deepening client relationships, and aligning client needs with scalable solutions. She is known for her consultative approach to executive-level engagements and her ability to foster cross-functional collaboration that delivers measurable outcomes.
Susan began her career as a high school English teacher and coach before pivoting to Federal workforce development where she spent 18 years successfully leading Federal Civilian business development at ESI International (now part of Korn Ferry). She went on to hold senior growth and business development roles focused on technology-related services at Grant Thornton, Ad Hoc LLC, Maximus, and Blue Jeans Federal.
A Maryland native who grew up on the water, Susan is an avid boater and enthusiast of all things Bay-related. She lives in the Lake Barcroft community in Virginia and enjoys her summers on the water, swimming, crabbing, reading, and keeping up with her two college-aged children when they’re home.
