RIVA Solutions, Inc. will continue its partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) supporting the Program Support Center (PSC) Financial Management Portfolio (FMP) through three five-year task orders under a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This work builds upon RIVA’s 17-year history of helping advance HHS’s mission to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans.
The task orders include work with several financial management systems within PSC’s portfolio including Oracle systems support for the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), Financial Business Intelligence System (FBIS), and G-Invoicing. RIVA will also deliver operations and maintenance (O&M) services for PSCs financial systems including PSC Revenue Invoicing and Cost Estimation System (PRICES), Accounting for Pay System (AFPS) and O&M and modernization services for Debt Management and Collection System (DMCS).
Since 2021, RIVA has managed PSC’s Oracle-based financial, accounting, and billing platforms and provides Service Desk and frontline IT support for four PSC financial systems. RIVA also contributes to PSC’s broader modernization efforts as the organization works to consolidate and modernize its financial management environment.
