McLean, VA — RIVA Solutions launched a new Advisory Board, hosting its first meeting on February 15. This strategic investment is designed to provide valuable insight as the company expands in the mid-size market after a successful exit from the 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) program last year.
The RIVA Advisory Board will play a pivotal role in guiding RIVA Solutions through its next phase of development, focusing on strategic planning, market analysis, and deepening of customer relationships at target agencies. The board’s collective insight and experience are expected to be instrumental in positioning RIVA Solutions as a relevant and impactful force in the industry.
RIVA Solutions is proud to announce Paul Dillahay and Rob Franklin as the first RIVA Advisory Board members.
Rob Franklin is an entrepreneur, investor, and business advisor with a keen focus on helping businesses achieve their full potential. His involvement in several early-stage businesses and advisory roles across various firms has honed his expertise in addressing challenges associated with business launch, growth, and scaling. As the managing member of companies concentrated on private equity and a co-founder of GoodSeeker, Inc., Franklin is well-versed in investment and start-up landscapes. His previous role as a strategic advisor and board member for Morgan Franklin Consulting, where he directed pivotal transactions, underscores his strategic insight. Rob’s extensive background, including a ten-year tenure as a senior program and systems engineer with the Department of the Navy, complements his business acumen. His active community involvement and leadership roles in numerous associations further reflect his multifaceted expertise and commitment to service.
Paul A. Dillahay brings to the board a distinguished career as a technology executive and business leader, with a sterling record in fostering growth, innovation, and profitability. As the founder and CEO of Harmonic AI, and the former President and CEO of Empower AI, Dillahay has demonstrated transformative leadership, notably overseeing Empower AI’s ascendancy in the Digital Transformation realm within the federal sector. His executive experience at CACI, ASRC Federal, Lockheed Martin, and General Electric has equipped him with an exceptional skill set in strategy development, operational enhancement, and team leadership. Dillahay’s profound grasp of the federal contracting industry and his reputation for cultivating strong customer and partner relationships solidify his role as an influential figure in the federal market.
“The launch of our Advisory Board is a pivotal step for RIVA, and we’re thrilled to have industry leaders like Paul and Rob onboard. Their insight and experience will prove invaluable as we continue to navigate exciting new avenues of growth,” said Brian Bonacci, Senior Vice President for Growth and Strategy, RIVA Solutions.
Franklin’s and Dillahay’s appointments are the first of several strategic moves planned by RIVA to enhance its competitive edge and solidify its position as a leader in the Federal technology sector. RIVA looks forward to announcing additional board members in the coming weeks.
