RIVA Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce that Meagan Martin, Growth Manager, has been nominated for the Fresh Force Award by the Association for Federal Information Resource Management (AFFIRM). In her position, Meagan supports core Department of Commerce (DOC) accounts including the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), International Trade Administration (ITA), and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as well as accounts for the Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of the Interior (DOI), National Science Foundation (NSF), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
The Fresh Force Award honors executive leaders in government who are driving IT transformation and setting new standards for innovation. Each year, AFFIRM recognizes outstanding individuals and teams who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and impact across government IT. Nominees will be recognized at the AFFIRM Leadership Awards Celebration on November 6, 2025, at The Observatory at America’s Square in Washington, D.C., where winners in each category will be announced.
AFFIRM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization led by government and industry professionals, dedicated to advancing federal information resource management and highlighting achievements that are shaping the future of government technology.
This nomination follows Megan’s selection for the 2026 ACT-IAC Voyagers Program, a premier leadership development initiative designed for rising leaders in government and industry.
