In this role, Sheila will lead enterprise business development and capture efforts focusing on Federal Health agencies, driving go-to-market strategy and pursuing high-value contracts that reinforce RIVA’s position as a trusted federal partner. Her focus is on expanding relationships with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
A strategic growth and business development executive with more than 15 years of experience, Sheila brings a proven record of driving enterprise growth, market expansion, and federal capture strategy. Prior to joining RIVA, she held senior leadership roles at KBR, Inc., Companion Data Services, and Enquizit (a CDW company), where she implemented disciplined capture processes, developed strategic partnerships, and expanded access to key federal contract vehicles.
