RIVA Solutions, Inc. continues to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, sustaining and expanding its work under the N-Wave/Earth System Research Laboratories Information Technology Support (NEITS) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement with six task orders awarded in 2026. The awards extend RIVA’s support across five NOAA research programs, including the Chemical Sciences Laboratory, Earth System Research Laboratory, Global Monitoring Laboratory, Global Systems Laboratory, and Physical Sciences Laboratory, each responsible for a piece of NOAA’s climate, weather, and atmospheric research mission. Additionally, RIVA expanded its support for the N-Wave program, an advanced, high-speed network service providing wide area transport, Trusted Internet Connections (TIC), managed services, and cloud connectivity between more than 100 U.S. locations.
Collectively valued at $9.1 million, the task orders cover IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity support for the systems NOAA scientists rely on to collect, process, and share environmental data. The scope runs from day-to-day operations to mission-critical research environments across five laboratories.
