RIVA Solutions, Inc. announces the appointment of Mohamed “Moe” Chizari as Director AI Practice Area Lead, a role that reflects the company’s continued investment in artificial intelligence (AI) and mission-driven innovation. Chizari will advance RIVA’s AI capabilities for both customers and internal teams. By leading AI strategy, solution development, and delivery accelerators he will help agencies move from experimentation to implementation through practical, secure, and mission-focused applications. Overseeing RIVA’s AI Community of Practice, Chizari will champion responsible AI adoption, foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing, and strengthen the company’s ability to deliver innovative AI solutions at scale.

As a former federal leader, Chizari brings nearly a decade of experience leading data science, analytics, and AI initiatives across the federal government. He has supported mission-critical programs, including developing enterprise machine learning-driven analytics for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters, spanning the agency’s full 17,000+ employee population; supporting data-driven modernization initiatives across Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Department of Veterans Affairs; and leading an enterprise data-science transformation, training 360+ federal employees and delivering $20M in annual licensing savings through a SAS-to-Python modernization at the U.S. Census Bureau. His work has contributed to billions of dollars in documented federal cost savings. Most recently, he founded and led an AI consulting firm focused on developing cutting edge AI solutions for government and commercial organizations.
Chizari’s appointment builds on RIVA’s continued investment in innovation, including the development of FuseFlow AI, the company’s AI-enabled delivery platform designed to help agencies accelerate modernization while maintaining security, compliance and oversight.
