RIVA Solutions, Inc. announces Hong-Ah Do, CP CL APMP, as Director of Proposal Operations, continuing the company’s investment in its Growth team as RIVA pursues larger, more complex opportunities as a mid-size competitor in the full-and-open federal market.
Hong-Ah has over a decade of experience leading strategic federal proposals across Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian agencies. Most recently, she held proposal leadership roles with IBM and Octo. Throughout her career she has contributed to more than $5 billion in federal contract wins and built high-performing proposal teams across a range of organizations, giving her firsthand insight into the systems and practices needed to support growth at different stages and scales.
An Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Practitioner, APMP 40 Under 40 award recipient, APMP Leadership Academy graduate, and member of the APMP National Capital Area Board of Directors, Hong-Ah is also an active voice in the proposal community. She was a presenter at the APMP Bid & Proposal Conference (BPC) in Denver last year and is scheduled to speak at the APMP National Capital Area Mid Atlantic Conference (MAC) this November. Hong-Ah’s approach to leadership centers on trust, shared accountability, and continuous improvement. Her appointment advances RIVA’s proposal operations, adding the structure and capacity needed to manage a broader range of strategic pursuits.
