RIVA Solutions, a leading provider of IT solutions for the public sector, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Francis Meyer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over 30 years of experience in finance and operations leadership, Meyer joins the team to oversee RIVA’s accounting, contracting, pricing, financial planning, and corporate IT departments. 

Prior to joining RIVA, Meyer was the founder and Managing Director of Walney Capital and has held notable positions as CFO at Brightfield, IDEMIA Identity & Security, USIS, and Apptis. His extensive experience includes managing the P&L for Unisys’ $550 million North American Public Sector business and serving as Global Vice President for Operations of Unisys’ $1.7 billion Public Sector business worldwide. Meyer’s entrepreneurial background includes founding and leading Campus Navigator and Spectrum Solutions, where he served as CEO and CFO, respectively.
