RIVA Solutions, Inc was awarded a prime contract to provide Administrative, Technical, and Logistical Support Services for the Division of Contracts Management (DCM) at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in Rockville, Maryland.

SAMHSA’s Office of Financial Resources (OFR), Division of Contracts Management (DCM), is required by Congress to conduct technical review of contracts through an external peer review process. RIVA will provide administrative, technical, and logistical support services in the organization, planning, and administration of SAMHSA’s extramural activities and peer review program. In addition, the contract will provide administrative support services and summary writing support services for the objective reviews. The contract will also support DCM with closeout activities by providing full-time, on-site staff to fill and perform Closeout Administrative Support services.
