RIVA Solutions Inc. is excited to welcome Joy Langley as Director of Growth. Joy will focus on expanding RIVA’s Department of Commerce (DOC) and Federal Civilian portfolio, supporting US Patent and Trademark Office, International Trade Administration, Census Bureau, and more.
With over 20 years of experience spanning public sector, nonprofit, and private sector organizations, Joy has a proven track record of spearheading strategic planning initiatives, leading organizational transformation, and strengthening stakeholder engagement. Joy most recently served as Senior Principal at The Clearing growing their Social Security Administration and Department of Justice accounts as well as supporting work with the Architect of the Capitol, General Services Administration, and Federal Aviation Administration. Prior to The Clearing, she worked closely with the Veterans Affairs Administration in support of the Veteran Experience at Technical Assent, a service-design SDVOSB consultancy.
