RIVA Solutions, Inc., announced today plans for the future of their corporate office and an exciting new employee-first approach to returning to work with the launch of a new workspace program, RIVAFlex. 

RIVAFlex is the culmination of RIVA’s employee-first approach to leadership, underscoring our commitment to our employees to be a premier employer in the GovCon Space. Effective immediately, RIVA’s corporate operations will remain 100% virtual, this will extend to contract staff where remote work is allowed. Employees who wish to work from an office or adopt a hybrid schedule will be empowered to create a unique work environment to fit their individual needs.   

RIVAFlex elevates the ideals of hybrid work environments by offering employees three options: 100% virtual, work from corporate HQ, or Work From Anywhere, with no commitment to stick to one environment. RIVA anticipates most employees will choose a hybrid option and shift their environment as needed to best fit their professional and personal goals
