RIVA Solutions Welcomes Rachel De Geyndt as Vice President of Growth  

RIVA Solutions is excited to welcome Rachel De Geyndt as Vice President of Growth. Rachel brings over 15 years of experience and industry accolades; she is charged with leading RIVA’s Business Development and Capture Management team as RIVA continues to expand its footprint in the federal civilian market.  

Prior to joining RIVA, Rachel held leadership roles fostering delivery and growth within esteemed organizations such as Kingfisher Systems, LMI, E3 Federal, and most recently, VP of Growth at Savan Group. Her expertise with federal civilian agencies is invaluable as Rachel oversees the expansion of RIVA’s portfolio in key agencies, Department of Commerce (DOC) and Health and Human Services (HHS).  Rachel is an active member of several industry professional associations, most notably an ACT-IAC Voyager alumna.
