RIVA Solutions, Inc. has been awarded a five-year task order with the Department of Commerce (DOC) Office of the Secretary under the $1.5B, 10-year DOC Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services (CATTS) contract vehicle. This 5th CATTS award expands RIVA’s role in supporting IT modernization efforts across the DOC.
Under this task order, RIVA will provide software license management, integrated IT governance, and program management support. These services will streamline operations, maximize the use of existing tools, and generate cost savings across Commerce bureaus. Our team will integrate a variety of technologies including ServiceNow, PowerBI, and Tableau, to validate data sources, automate reporting, strengthen program oversight, and provide actionable insights that enable strategic vendor management and more efficient IT governance.
“We are honored to work with the Office of the Secretary in advancing IT governance and efficiency,” said Rachel De Geyndt, Vice President of Growth at RIVA. “By improving how software and IT resources are managed, RIVA can support the Department of Commerce in delivering stronger outcomes for the public while making the most of taxpayer resources.”
This award follows prior CATTS task orders with the International Trade Administration (ITA) and the Office of Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management (OCRM). Together, these engagements demonstrate RIVA’s commitment to delivering secure, innovative, and mission-focused technology solutions that not only modernize operations across the DOC but also help the Department achieve measurable efficiencies and deliver greater value to the American public.
