For the fifth year in a row, RIVA Solutions, Inc. has been named an OrangeSlices Elev8 GovCon Honoree. The program honors federal contractors for the culture and business practices behind their work, including how they develop employees, collaborate with partners and invest in improving customer delivery.
Every honoree is vetted through submissions from both employees and partners, which means RIVA’s recognition comes from the people who know the company best.
RIVA intentionally invests in its people and culture, creating opportunities for employees to learn from each other through technical communities of practice and RIVA Engage, a biweekly lunch-and-learn that brings employees together across teams and disciplines. For customers, that means the team on their program can draw on expertise from across the company, not only from the people assigned to the contract.
That culture extends into the community through RIVAKarma, RIVA’s corporate social responsibility program. Its signature event, Staying Connected, is now in its 17th year and has raised more than $200,000 for local charities since 2021, most recently benefiting SevaTruck Foundation.
